How to Register

Get your plans underway to join coaches from around the country at the Van der Meer Tennis Center on Hilton Head Island, SC for PTR Spring TennisFest. 

If you have not already registered, then be sure to complete the registration form below.

1. To get started, register below and send us your school logo for our website. Next, let us know which teams and general dates you would like to play while you are here. Then, we can contact the coach directly to select match day. (If there is a team you would like to play and you don’t see them on the list, please contact PTR or we will suggest teams for you.)

2.  Be sure to reserve accommodations for your group early to get the best choices available. We have secured convenient lodging locations that offer clean and enjoyable villas, homes and hotels for whatever your group may need. Our Official PTR Accommodation Partners provide an excellent price and great location and amenities. To expedite all your lodging requirements, book directly with our Accommodation Partners but feel free to call PTR for any advice on the lodging.

3. Complete the Match Request Form for each match you would like to play during your stay at Hilton Head Island and submit to PTR by email, phone or fax. Then PTR staff will book the court and confirm everything with both coaches. We will post it on the Match Schedule within a few days so be sure to visit there to verify/confirm your match. Note: Any coach or school booking 4 or more villas will receive a FREE 1 week stay at Players Club Resort anytime in the next 365 days. That's right -- have your parents book with Spinnaker and refer to your school -- that will count as a credit for your team.

Some coaches would like to play a match on clay for their team to experience it. We can arrange that if you specify. We can schedule a match for you at South Beach Racquet Club, so your team can visit this Sea Pines landmark area for the afternoon and enjoy the famous "Salty Dog Cage and Gift Shoppe". We can schedule a Spring TennisFest college match for you - or even just an intra-team match for your "off-day". But, all regular STF matches are schedule on hard courts unless specifically requested on clay. Yes - I would like to consider a match on clay No - please keep all my matches on hard courts

You can request to have a USTA-certified roving umpire at your match. The fee is $80 per umpire and can be split by the coaches. Please request these in advance by emailing julie@ptrtennis.org.
